We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the face of the hotel, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests walk through our doors until the time they check out.
Whether you're helping a weary traveler after a long day on the road, recommending local attractions, or simply greeting someone with a smile, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference every shift.
What You'll DoGuest Service
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
- Answer questions about the hotel and local area attractions
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Handle phone calls, reservations, and general inquiries
Hotel Operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding guest needs
- Assist with room assignments and inventory management
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming
Teamwork
- Work closely with all departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Help maintain a positive and professional workplace culture
What We're Looking For
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer skills
- Previous hotel, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
