We are seeking a dependable, professional, and faith-driven Preschool Teacher for our church preschool program. Our preschool teachers are responsible for creating a safe, Christ-centered learning environment for our students to learn and grow socially, academically, and spiritually. This is an hourly position. Our preschool generally follows the county schools’ calendar and is not a year-round program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement daily lesson plans following our provided curriculum
- Maintain a safe and structured learning environment
- Keep classroom clean and orderly
- Comply with state regulations and church policies
- Maintain active supervision of students
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents/guardians
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous early childhood education experience required
- Statement of faith in alignment with the church’s beliefs and values
