We are seeking a Service Technician to join our team and deliver a high level of customer service to our customers.
Responsibilities

- Install hot tubs, hot tub equipment, and pool equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair defective pool and hot tub equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Complete weekly water care routes
- Maintain fleet vehicles and equipment
- Maintain truck inventory
- Troubleshoot with customers via phone, email, and/or SMS
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Operate company vehicles in a safe manner
- Adhere to all company procedures and protocols
Qualifications

- Desire to learn
- Reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Understanding of electronics and electrical components (AC & DC)
- Understanding of how to use a multimeter to troubleshoot electronics and electrical circuits

Pay range is $15-$25/hr - Looking for both part-time and full-time
