Job Title: Personal Injury Intake Manager

Firm Overview: We are a high-octane, trial-ready plaintiff’s personal injury firm dedicated to aggressively representing victims of motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, dog bites, slip and falls, and other personal injuries. We do not just settle cases; we prepare every file from day one as if it is going before a jury. We are seeking a highly organized, relentless, and proactive Personal Injury Intake Specialist to speak with injured clients, discover what their issues are, see if their case is viable and sign them up as a client of the firm, if so. You will occasionally be required to also assist with requesting medical records and sending out letters of representation and letters of declination, if and when called upon.

Core Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Command the day-to-day progression of a high-volume personal injury influx of calls.
- Evidence Acquisition: Rapidly secure police reports, 911 audio, dashcam footage, insurance coverage (auto, homeowners, etc.) and witness statements to lock down liability early.
- Medical & Billing Coordination: Order and track medical records for new clients.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact, providing top-tier client communication.
Qualifications:
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is required.
- Ferocious attention to detail and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Proficiency with Clio strongly preferred (Clio Grow is our CRM which you will be using on the daily).
