Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing outstanding customer service while expertly managing food and beverage orders. Your energy, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Ensure food safety and proper handling protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to maintain a clean environment
- Build positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing needs promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings, is highly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Prior host/hostess or serving experience in a nightclub or upscale restaurant is a plus
