As a Customer Team Member, you'll build strong relationships with clients, educate customers on available telecommunications solutions, and recommend products and services that align with their goals. The Customer Team Member role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and developing valuable sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Team Member
- Represent Verizon and engage with customers through direct sales and customer service interactions.
- Build lasting relationships by understanding each client's unique needs and recommending tailored wireless and connectivity solutions.
- Process new sales orders, account updates, and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on Verizon products, services, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Collaborate with other Customer Team Members and leadership to support customer acquisition, business development, and client satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently working toward individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications for the Customer Team Member
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, customer relations, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Prior Customer Team Member experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable building relationships and speaking with customers in a professional, face-to-face environment.
- Interest in telecommunications, wireless technology, and customer-focused sales.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per week
