Now Hiring: Manager, Network Systems
Location: Vinita, Oklahoma
KAMO Power is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Network Systems. This is an exempt position that is responsible for managing KAMO’s network and transport systems, including the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of voice data, video, and telecommunications infrastructure at our Vinita, Oklahoma facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective operations, member systems, and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of network systems personnel, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Design, implement, operate, and maintain voice, data, video, and telecommunications network infrastructure.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of network, transport, and communication systems.
- Coordinate with employees, member systems, commercial customers, and vendors to support network operations and technology initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of networking, telecommunications, IT, or related experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of:
- – Network routing, switching, firewalls, and network security protocols– MPLS, DWDM, Ethernet, IP networking, and telecommunications systems– DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, VPNs, and network management systems– Network design, troubleshooting, circuit provisioning, and transport technologies
- Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.All levels of experience welcome. Job level and pay grade will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
