Compensation & Pay Details:
- 27% of load pay structure
- Average gross weekly: $1,400$1,600 (based on standard runs and efficiency)
- Extras include: $40 tarping per load $16/hour detention after 2 hours $50 layover after 24 hours empty
- Safety and clean inspection bonuses
- Per diem: $300 weekly non-taxed
- Weekly direct deposit
- Sign-On Bonus:$1,500 paid on your first Friday paycheck (eligibility based on experience and record)
Schedule & Home Time:
- Regional focus with most drivers home weekends

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL and at least 22 years old
- 12+ months verifiable flatbed experience in the past 5 years
- Hands-on experience hauling steel, pipe, or coil (coil experience highly valued)
- Skilled in securement: straps, tarps, chains, and binders (4050% loads require tarping)
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
- Clean driving and safety record preferred
- No Clearinghouse violations
- Pass pre-employment urine drug screen
