Job Description:
We are looking for meticulous and dependable Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be dedicated to ensuring that every area of the site is cleaned to the highest standards. While we are expanding rapidly, construction schedules are often unpredictable. Therefore, I cannot guarantee a specific number of hours each week. However, team members who consistently show up, perform quality work, and communicate effectively are the first to be offered additional jobs and hours.
Responsibilities:
- Remove dust, dirt, and debris from new construction sites.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other spaces, ensuring all fixtures and surfaces are free of dust.
- Clean and polish floors, windows, doors, and mirrors.
- Wipe down walls and baseboards, removing any scuffs or marks.
- Dispose of any waste material, including packaging or leftover construction materials.
- Inspect and report any cleaning supply shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
- Follow company protocols and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving equipment, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, including possible evenings and weekends as necessary.
