Non-CDL Driver - Used Clothing Collection
$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS ( AWARDED AFTER THE THIRD MONTH )
Work Week:
Wednesday- Sunday . Start time 6:00 AM (Training period applies up to 3 months. Work Week: Mon - Fri 6AM for the training period.) 8:00 - 12:00 hours shifts.

We are seeking energetic collection/delivery drivers. Drivers must be able to drive a box truck and work independently to collect bags of used clothing from the outdoor collection sites.
Responsibilities:
- Strictly keeping the deadlines
- Regular visit and service of site locations on daily basis;
- Transport of goods and equipment;
- Participate in loading and unloading activities;
- Comply with Traffic Laws
- Comply with company rules, working standards, and safety program;
- Perform periodically equipment inspections, troubling shooting, adjustments, and cleaning of equipment
Requirements:
- One year of experience in an industrial environment is preferred but not required
- Good time management
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet daily targets
- You must be at least 21 years of age to drive interstate.
- Experience with driving small trucks (16 - 22 feet) is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license, and clean driving record required.
- Availability for a night, overnight, and weekend shifts when necessary
- You must be able to lift, push, and pull large bulky items up to 60 lbs
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Experience driving forklift is a plus
- DOT medical Card required
Physical requirements:
- A high degree of physical activity on a frequent basis. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Repetitive standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, grasping, climbing, reaching, and moving about the facility
- Hearing ability to meet safety requirements
- Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- Exposed to cold/ heat/ humidity

- Perform duties as requested by the management
