About the Position
Alliant Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, non-medical care to clients in the Alpharetta area. We are looking for professionals who are reliable, experienced, and committed to delivering exceptional care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support clients with prescribed physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals in accordance with dietary guidelines
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience
- Current CNA license (Required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (must be current)
- Current TB test
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and compassionate attitude
- Ability to pass background screening
Please note: We are not currently hiring PCAs unless you have verifiable professional caregiving experience.
