Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is vital in supporting the President and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. You will support various administrative functions, manage front desk responsibilities, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external visitors. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and manage the front desk, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Answer phone, directing calls efficiently and courteously.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to maintain accurate records.
- Handle filing, proofreading, and document organization to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy.
- Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Skills
- Proven experience with office management, clerical tasks, and administrative support.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
