Duties
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective recruiting strategies, managing talent sourcing initiatives, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Drive training and development programs aimed at employee growth, leadership development, and succession planning to ensure continuous organizational improvement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, providing coaching on performance management, and ensuring fair resolution of workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity), and other HR legal standards while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Oversee HR systems including HRIS (Human Resources Information System), Oracle HCM, ADP, Kronos, and UltiPro for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Support change management initiatives by guiding teams through organizational design changes, process improvements, and large-scale restructuring efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR legal compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting strategies, training & development programs, and performance management systems.
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management including FMLA regulations and affirmative action planning.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro; experience with data analysis tools for HR analytics is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills in organization design, process improvement, and employee orientation processes.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing complex employee relations issues confidently.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
