Requirements
- Prior experience working with adults with disabilities in home caregiving roles
- Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques suitable for various age groups
- Ability to engage adult through teaching activities and foster positive interactions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with families and team members
