Job Summary
Zoom Zoom AC is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales & Service Technician who is confident in both their technical abilities and their ability to communicate solutions to homeowners.
This is a performance-driven position for an experienced technician who understands that great service means more than fixing equipment. You should be comfortable identifying customer needs, presenting repair and replacement options, educating homeowners, and recommending solutions that are in the customer's best interest.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, delivers an excellent customer experience, and is motivated by achieving performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance and tune-up appointments.
- Clearly explain system issues and available solutions to homeowners.
- Present repair, upgrade, and replacement options when appropriate.
- Identify opportunities for indoor air quality products, maintenance plans, and additional services.
- Generate replacement leads and system estimates when appropriate.
- Provide excellent customer service on every call.
- Maintain accurate service notes and documentation.
- Meet established sales, service, and performance goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Zoom Zoom AC positively in customers' homes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Proven experience working in a performance-based HVAC environment.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, presenting options, and asking for the sale.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Pay: $59,839.72 - $72,065.05 per year
