The primary role of our Porters is to assist guests with arcade prize redemption, assist guests with laser tag and axe throwing, and keep our center clean and sanitized. Providing an enjoyable experience for our guests is our #1 priority, so if you have good people skills, this may be the perfect job for you!
Duties:
- Assist guests with arcade prize redemption
- Assist guests with Laser Tag
- Assist guests with Axe Throwing
- Keep ball returns and scoring tables free of dirt, dust, graffiti, etc.
- Remove house bowling balls from ball returns and return them to racks when guests leave
- Empty trash bins as needed
- Clean all spills/messes in and around the center
- Assist Front Desk in issuing and returning shoe rentals
- Assist Food & Beverage staff as needed
- Assist with set up and tear down of events and parties
- Quickly and safely correct pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play

Who You Are:
Our Porters are go-to associates who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. A talented team player, the Porter is always ready to pitch in and help the larger team, providing this exceptional service in an efficient manner and with a pleasant attitude. Good communication skills and attention to detail are a solid asset in this position and will definitely help you stand out.
