What You'll Do as a Outside Sales Representative
- Conduct warm, professional door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.
- Engage homeowners, uncover needs (comfort, high energy bills, air quality), and present our duct cleaning & Aeroseal sealing solutions tailored to them.
- Confidently handle objections, negotiate, and close deals on the spot.
- Log accurate notes and updates in our CRM after every interaction.
- Collaborate with the team—share hot leads, territory insights, and best practices.
- Drive your own growth into Senior Sales, Team Lead, or Trainer roles based on proven results and leadership.
What You Bring
- Sales experience preferred, but not required—we want motivated, coachable closers.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- High energy, resilience, and self-motivation for a goal-driven, outdoor role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Able to pass background check and drug screen.
