Manage full lifecycle of ground-up healthcare construction projects and medical office build-outs

Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams from preconstruction through close-out

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes (DOH, TJC), and safety standards

Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Lead project meetings, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment
