We are an award-winning, family-owned company seeking an EXPERIENCED maintenance tech for our residential resort community in Mesa, AZ.
This is a full-time immediate opening. Compensation $21-$23/hr per hour depending on experience.
Position offers paid holidays, vacation, medical/dental, 401K, and excellent opportunity for advancement.

Candidate must have proven skills in the maintenance field, and the ability to perform duties with a high level of proficiency and integrity.
Responsibilities include:
· Maintaining physical condition of property according to Company operating and safety procedures
· Including maintenance on:
· General Grounds/Grass Irrigation
· Pool
· Clubhouse
· Basic Plumbing/Sewer Septic knowledge a PLUS
· Basic Electrical
· Roof/Gutter/Foundation/Sidewalk repairs
· Communicate effectively and professionally with residents and staff members
· Assist with setup and teardown (chairs & tables) for various daily, weekly and monthly events
Qualifications:
· Experience in Apartment Turnovers preferred
· General landscape knowledge
· HVAC a plus
· Septic a plus
· 2 years residential maintenance experience
· Pool certified (or willing to obtain certification)
· Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and handyman skills a plus
· Available to work weekends if needed
· Organized with good communication skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Effective time management skills
· Self-motivated and works well independently or in a group setting
· Positive attitude
