In this role, you will work directly with residential and light commercial customers to complete a wide range of medium-to-small repairs and improvements. You are the face of our business, delivering excellent craftsmanship and clear, friendly communication to our clients.
Reviewing your scheduled jobs for the day, which are booked and managed for you by our office staff.
Arriving at job sites on time in a company provide vehicle, stocked with your personal tools.
Evaluating customer needs, explaining the scope of work, and providing accurate, upfront project estimates when required.
Completing tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall patching, tiling, painting, and minor plumbing or electrical work.
Leaving every workspace clean and organized, ensuring the customer is completely satisfied before moving to the next job.
Building a strong local reputation that leads to repeat business and positive customer reviews.
Working efficiently to complete jobs on time while maintaining high quality standards.
Enjoying steady career growth, regular pay reviews, and mentoring newer team members if desired.

At least 5 years of successful prior experience as a professional Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman.
A broad working knowledge of multiple trades, with the ability to perform minor, non-licensed plumbing and electrical tasks (such as swapping light fixtures, faucets, or garbage disposals).
Your own standard set of hand and power tools needed for most jobs.
Comfortable passing a standard pre-employment background check and drug screening.
A friendly, professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.
