We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Construction, Specialty, Herbicide/Fertilizer, Renovation and Mowing Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance/Construction Departments (LMD/LCD) through our various branch locations. These roles offer the opportunity for personal and professional growth, collaboration with industry experts, and the chance to work on hands-on, outdoor projects. This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

Crew Leaders have minimum of one year experience in the production field leading technician crews ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes (pro-rated with advanced education)

Herbicide and Fertilizer Crew Leaders possess and maintain Wisconsin Pesticide Applicators License (Category 3.0).

Strong plant identification skills (annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs) preferred

Two or four-year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related field is preferred.

Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is a plus.

Possess and maintain valid non-probationary driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) is required.

Able to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen.

Crew Leaders train, develop, manage, review, motivate, and direct a crew of technicians and laborers.

Mowing Crew Leaders maintain lawns through mowing and trimming.
-
Specialty Crew Leaders deliver spring clean-up services, including perennial care and removal of winter protection.

Herbicide and Fertilizer Crew Leaders apply fertilizer and pesticides as needed.

Renovation Crew Leaders install new landscapes and landscape renovations such as drainage systems, nightscape systems, seed and sod, retaining walls, and pavers.

Construction Crew Leaders install various hardscape construction materials and have basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other construction skills.

Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees.

Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks.

Conduct spring and fall cleanups.
-
Remove snow and ice during winter.
