As a member of The Fruit Center Marketplace Produce Team, you will work with management and all other team members to perform the following tasks:
- Work efficiently and purposefully in a fast-paced team-oriented and fun atmosphere.
- Provide superior customer service in all areas of the store, ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion
- Backroom trimming, cutting, preparing, packing, and pricing products for sale
- Cross training of departments and store support are a part of the day; Such as helping and supporting other departments in need
- Be able to take direction and respond to coaching.
- Maintain product quality, freshness, and ensure proper rotation of product.
- Follow and comply with established health department and company sanitation procedures.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, storing, and displaying of orders, and products.
- Stocking and maintaining displays ensuring they are attractive and filled.
- Looking for schedule flexibility that includes 1 weekend day, holiday availability and some nights (we close at 7pm).
- A love of food, passion for creativity, and a willingness to learn.
Sundays and many holidays pay at time-and-a-half.
We are looking to fill flexible part-time positions. Our hours of operation are 6am to 8pm, Monday through Sunday, including holidays (store hours are 8am to 7pm). We are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
