The Opportunity This role offers the ultimate work-life balance: a 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) and an incredibly low, manageable caseload so you can actually focus on quality therapy.
Job Details
- Contract Dates: August 10, 2026 – June 4, 2027
- Schedule: 4 Days/Week (Monday – Thursday) – Enjoy 3-day weekends all year!
- Caseload: Capped at just 30 students (PreK–12th Grade).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop individualized IEPs and confidently present findings/goals.
- Provide high-quality direct therapy services to a diverse PreK-12 population.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License and CDE Special Services Provider License.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred, but strong candidates looking for a supportive environment are welcome to apply!
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
