Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly
- Must have a Marijuana Handlers Card
- Provide engaging information to educate customers about features and benefits
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, offering personalized recommendations and upselling when appropriate
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining phone etiquette
- Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and stock replenishment tasks
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in cafe/grocery or similar store environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and store policies
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and sales calculations
