Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of dental services including general dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and dental implants.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions using medical imaging and dental terminology, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform dental procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, restorations, prosthetic fabrication, and other advanced treatments with precision and care.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, HIPAA regulations, and state healthcare laws to protect patient safety and confidentiality.
- Utilize practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document medical records accurately and efficiently manage appointments and billing processes.
- Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Lead the team by fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent patient care, staff development, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Dentist in the respective state or country with current credentials to practice independently.
- Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in advanced procedures like dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology related to healthcare diagnosis, and anatomy relevant to oral health.
- Familiarity with practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Dentrix; experience with dental office or clinic operations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform procedures including root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics fabrication, periodontal therapy, and infection control measures effectively.
- Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and state healthcare regulations related to medical documentation and medical records management.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality care.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
