What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Sawmill Production Worker, you may be assigned to a variety of production tasks, including:
- Stacking and sorting lumber
- Wrapping and preparing lumber bundles for shipment
- Monitoring product quality
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with production line operations
- Following safety procedures and company policies
- Supporting team members to maintain efficient production

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, and physical activity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures
- Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Experience
No prior sawmill experience is required.
We provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in manufacturing.
Schedule
Current Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime opportunities available
Compensation
- Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Overtime pay available
- Production bonus opportunities
