First Line Funding is seeking an experienced MCA Submissions Specialist to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the merchant cash advance industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in submitting complete, accurate funding packages that lead to successful approvals.
As a Submissions Specialist, you'll work closely with Account Executives, Funding Managers, and our network of lending partners to ensure deals move efficiently from application to approval.

Responsibilities
- Review merchant applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Analyze bank statements and supporting financial documents.
- Submit funding packages to the most appropriate lending partners.
- Maintain relationships with underwriters and lender representatives.
- Track submissions and proactively follow up on pending approvals.
- Communicate lender stipulations to Account Executives and Funding Managers.
- Request and organize additional documentation when required.
- Update CRM and internal systems with submission status and lender feedback.
- Ensure files remain organized and compliant throughout the funding process.
- Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to maximize funding success.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an MCA Submissions Specialist, Funding Coordinator, Funding Processor, Loan Processor, or similar role is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA), business funding, commercial finance, or alternative lending.
- Ability to review financial documentation, including bank statements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience with CRM systems and funding platforms is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple files while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $42,500.00 - $77,500.00 per hour
