Why This Matters
We do commercial and residential sitework across the Grand Strand — site clearing, grading, drainage, utility installation. None of it happens without people on the ground who take pride in doing things right. The General Laborer isn’t the person waiting to move up — they’re the reason the crew moves at all.
What You’ll Do
- Clear brush, debris, and stumps from active job sites
- Dig trenches and assist with pipe and utility installation
- Support equipment operators so machines stay moving
- Handle materials, stage supplies, and keep the site clean and safe
- Direct traffic through active work zones when assigned
This is outdoor, physical work. Early starts. Real weather. Real weight.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a resume full of credentials. You need to be the person who doesn’t have to be asked twice.
- Reliable — every day, on time, ready to work
- Coachable — you take direction and ask questions when you’re unsure
- Safe — you look out for the person working next to you
- Honest — if something’s wrong, you say so
Prior sitework, construction, or landscaping experience is a plus. Not required.
Where It Can Go
We promote from within. Laborers who prove themselves get considered for crew leadership and equipment operator training. That’s not a promise, it’s how we’ve always done it.

- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Work location: Active job sites — commercial and residential — across the Grand Strand
- Schedule: Full-time with overtime as projects require
