Do You Love Turning Overwhelm Into Action?
- Are you highly tech-savvy and usually the person others call when they cannot figure something out?
- Do you naturally organize ideas, create efficient systems and follow projects through to completion?
- Can you move comfortably between social media, website updates, business operations and hands-on organization?
- Do you want your work to have purpose?
About Gen Zen Wellness
Gen Zen Wellness is a growing whole-person wellness and care-navigation company. We support individuals and families overwhelmed by healthcare, caregiving, isolation and major life transitions.
We look beyond diagnoses and task lists and ask: “What matters to you?” Then we help people navigate care, remain connected, find meaningful engagement and feel less alone.
Our goal is to bring humanity, creativity, clarity and breathing room into lives that have become complicated.
As I build a team to provide that support to others, I recognize that support needs to start with me.
The Role
I am an RN, entrepreneur and founder with a large vision for Gen Zen Wellness. I’m looking for a local, hands-on right-hand person to work side by side with me and help turn ideas into action.
Technology and execution are major barriers for me. I need someone who is genuinely tech-savvy, not someone who only knows basic office software. I want a thought partner who is stronger than I am in technology, systems, organization and follow-through.
Each day may be different. We will identify whatever is blocking progress and work through it together.
Responsibilities may include:
- Creating practical business systems and workflows
- Organizing calendars, email, digital files and priorities
- Troubleshooting technology and connecting digital platforms
- Updating the Gen Zen Wellness website
- Using AI tools to improve organization and efficiency
- Creating and scheduling engaging social-media content
- Helping tell the Gen Zen Wellness story
- Maintaining spreadsheets, project trackers and business records
- Supporting client follow-up, invoicing and team onboarding
- Organizing my office, home, workspace or storage
- Photographing, listing and helping sell or donate items
- Turning ideas into clear next steps and completed projects
What You Bring
- Strong, demonstrable technology skills
- Operations, project-coordination, executive-support or small-business experience
- Exceptional organization and executive-functioning skills
- Ability to prioritize, initiate, problem-solve and finish
- Experience with social media and digital-content creation
- Confidence using or learning websites, Canva, AI tools, calendars, spreadsheets and cloud storage
- Creative, innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
- Patience, kindness and a completely nonjudgmental approach
- Discretion with confidential personal, client and business information
- Reliable transportation and proximity to the Bordentown area
Experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur or growing service business is strongly preferred.
