Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven, experienced Sales Representative with project management skills to grow our scaffolding business within the construction, remodeling, oil and marine sectors. This flexible role allows for both remote and on-site work, making it ideal for someone with industry experience and a broad network across the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the construction, remodeling, marine and industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotes.
- Professionally present scaffolding services to align with client needs.
- Negotiate business agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure project logistics are seamless and efficient.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (ideally in the construction, oil, Marine scaffolding sectors).
- Strong ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
