As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Support & Accounts Coordinator to join our office team.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Support & Accounts Coordinator will handle day-to-day communications with customers, manage service requests, send invoices, and ensure every customer has a smooth, professional experience with Honest Water Co.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Process payments and send invoices
- Assist customers with warranty or service requests
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft skills and previous knowledge using CRM or invoicing software (minimum 2 years experience)
- Previous experience in routing/dispatch a plus
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
