- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while also maintaining company principles.
- Must value organization and display initiative in order to create a balanced work environment.

Experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Knowledge of the sneaker, streetwear, and resell world is necessary in order to provide our customers and clients with the highest level of customer service.
