Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their Jan/San needs and recommend appropriate products, including cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing knowledgeable advice on product features, usage, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Utilize communication skills to educate customers about various cleaning products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in jan/san sales.
- Strong knowledge of janitorial and cleaning supplies.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with customer service expertise to close sales effectively.
- Excellent people skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction via phone or in person; professional phone etiquette is essential.
