What You Will Do:
● Executive Coordination & Prioritization: Manage the CEO’s strategic agenda,
including preparation for board meetings, executive team offsites, and investor
communications. You will own the "rhythm of business," ensuring the leadership team
stays focused on quarterly OKRs and key strategic pillars.
● Special Projects Ownership: Lead high-visibility, cross-functional projects that sit
between departments (e.g., launching a new GTM initiative, streamlining the product
feedback loop from Sales to Engineering, or overseeing a brand identity refresh). You
will own the project plan, stakeholder communication, and the final quality of the output.
● Operational Audits & Process Optimization: Conduct deep dives into current
workflows. Identify where communication breakdown, process friction, or "floundering"
work occurs. Proactively design, implement, and document new standard operating
procedures (SOPs) to ensure remote operations remain agile and error-free.
● Quality & Narrative Control: Serve as the final gatekeeper for major internal and
external outputs (e.g., website copy, key presentations, technical whitepapers, and
investor decks). You will ensure all content is technically accurate, on-brand, and meets
our internal "high bar" before it reaches the market or stakeholders.
● Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as a proxy for the CEO in meetings with functional leads
(Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing). You will troubleshoot roadblocks, drive
consensus, and hold teams accountable for the delivery of mission-critical tasks.
● Performance Monitoring: Establish robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the health
of the business. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide the CEO
with actionable insights and summaries that surface risks before they become crises.
What You Bring:
● Operational Rigor: You possess the "industrial-strength" mindset required to work in
manufacturing technology. You don’t accept ambiguity or "good enough" work; you
deliver solutions that are robust, scalable, and error-free.
● Strategic Maturity: You can operate at a senior level, exercising independent judgment
that aligns with Canvas GFX’s long-term business goals.
● Communication: Ability to distill complex technical and operational information into
clear, actionable, and professional communication for both internal stakeholders and
leadership.
● Proactive Problem Solving: You have a bias toward action. When you identify a flaw in
a process—whether in web copy, product release, or internal workflows—you own the fix
from start to finish.
