Job Summary
Jupiter's at the Crossing is seeking experienced bartenders to craft exceptional drinks, engage with guests, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Your expertise in beverage service, combined with your passion for hospitality, will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you’ll bring enthusiasm and professionalism to every shift.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Toast POS system.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive bar experience.
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and checking for proper food safety compliance.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to retail math principles.
- Assist with additional food service duties such as serving snacks or light meals when needed, especially during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions.
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food industry settings is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Experience with catering or large event service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
