Already Autism Health is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Clinical Director for our College Park, GA

Position Overview
The Clinical Director is responsible for the clinical, operational, and cultural success of our center-based ABA program.
This individual will lead and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff while ensuring exceptional outcomes for children and families, maintaining high standards of clinical quality, and supporting continued growth of the center.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership
- Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs and clinical staff
- Ensure high-quality ABA programming, assessments, and treatment planning
- Maintain compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies
- Support data-driven decision-making and clinical excellence
- Promote evidence-based treatment and best practices throughout the center
Team Development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop BCBAs and clinical staff
- Support onboarding, supervision, and professional growth
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable culture
- Develop future clinical leaders within the organization
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Operational Leadership
- Partner with Operations to support staffing, scheduling, and center growth
- Monitor key performance indicators and clinical outcomes
- Support capacity management and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on performance improvement efforts
- Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance
Family Experience
- Support exceptional service and communication with families
- Assist with escalated clinical concerns and problem-solving
- Promote family engagement and meaningful treatment outcomes
- Ensure a positive experience for children and caregivers
QualificationsRequired
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License or ability to obtain Virginia licensure upon hire
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of ABA clinical experience
- Prior leadership, supervision, mentoring, or management experience
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, clinical programming, and supervision standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Prior Clinical Director, Lead BCBA, or Center Leadership experience preferred
- Experience managing center-based ABA programs
- Experience developing and mentoring BCBAs and RBTs
- Experience leading growth initiatives and supporting operational performance
