JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant Athletic Director assists in managing, promoting, organizing, and directing a program of interscholastic athletics, with a focus on developing foundational programs in addition to working in a position that meets their professional qualifications..
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in athletic administration, education, or a related field

Administrative, budgeting, planning, and leadership skills

High School coaching experience

Ability to successfully communicate at all levels of the organization
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, coordinate, and oversee feeder programs in middle and elementary schools to build a sustainable pipeline of student-athletes for the high school athletic program.

Assist in the supervision and administration of home athletic contests.

Maintain high academic standards and expectations for participating student-athletes.
