Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health

Billet Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Home Health team.
Our clinicians provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services to patients in their homes across Arizona, Nevada, California, New Mexico, and Texas.
Position Overview
The Occupational Therapist provides intermittent in-home therapy services in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care, under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
This role offers full flexibility in scheduling and caseload management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home patient evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
- Document patient progress and clinical updates
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Schedule visits directly with patients
Typical visits are approximately 60 minutes.
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- CPR or BLS certification
- Current TB test (skin test within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ applicants only)
