NVB Contracting is hiring driven, competitive Sales Representatives to help homeowners and business owners with roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior restoration projects. This is a field-based, commission-only role for individuals who want control over their income and are willing to earn it.
What You’ll Do
Canvass assigned areas and meet customers face-to-face
Inspect properties, climb ladders, and walk on roofs
Educate customers on repair and restoration options
Build estimates and close deals
Manage your sales pipeline using company CRM tools
Coordinate with production teams through job completion
Compensation
Commission-only position (no base salary)
Uncapped earnings based on closed sales
Training pay available during the ramp period
$5,000 signing bonus available upon meeting onboarding and performance goals within the established goal timeline
Many reps earn $60,000–$90,000 annually after ramp-up
Top performers regularly exceed $100,000+
Top performers regularly earn a gas bonus when meeting monthly goals
Earnings depend on effort, territory, seasonality, and performance
No earnings or bonuses are guaranteed
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Comfort working outdoors and on roofs
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Ability to work flexible hours during peak season
Sales, construction, or insurance experience is a plus (not required)
