Lead and assist with daily meal preparation

Prepare, bake, and cook meals according to company recipes

Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Lead and instruct other kitchen staff
-
Follow company policies and facility procedures
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Ability to work in a structured correctional environment
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
-
Flexibility to work varying shifts between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
-
Must be approved for clearance into the facility
Previous food service or kitchen experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
