Dental Management & Investments is seeking positive and professional Call Center Representatives looking to jumpstart their career in the dental industry! This position would be based out of the Villa Park, IL corporate office and provide support to five dental offices throughout the Chicagoland area. The Call Center Representative is responsible for coordinating appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service with clients. The ideal candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organizational skills. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience: Previous call-center experience in the healthcare setting preferred. Previous experience with Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend systems preferred.
Knowledge: Comfort working with computers, scanners, printers, and fax machines.
