Evolution Group is currently hiring an Entry Level AT&T Representative to support customer engagement, sales activities, and day-to-day account support. This full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to gain professional experience working directly with customers while developing communication and business support skills.
The Entry Level AT&T Representative will meet with customers to discuss available telecommunications products and services, answer questions, and assist with account setup and service enrollments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Entry Level AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers regarding AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Assist with customer enrollments, account updates, and service-related requests
- Support daily activities by helping customers select products that fit their needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed transactions
- Provide professional customer support while resolving basic questions and concerns
- Stay informed on current service offerings and campaign updates
- Work alongside team members to support customer satisfaction goals
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer interactions and account handling
Entry Level AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face setting
- Ability to multitask and stay organized throughout the workday
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn sales and customer support processes
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
Pay: $49,100.23 - $59,131.46 per year
