Job Description
Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures, and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the administrator. Participates in the performance and continuous quality improvement (CQI) Improvement activities.
Essential Duties Included but Not Limited To:

Prepares reports, memos, correspondence, meeting minutes, special projects, etc., for the Administrator/CEO.

Maintains the Administrator/CEOs appointment book.

Demonstrates the ability to perform secretarial duties, e.g., typing, dictation, correspondence, preparing reports, memos.

Maintains provider records; records are kept confidential.

Maintains procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow

Maintains an organized, efficient filing system.

Records, prepares, and distributes meeting minutes.

Interacts professionally with all visitors, within the department/office and with other departments.
