Michigan Automotive Compressor Incorporated (MACI) is a world-class manufacturer of automotive air conditioning compressors.
We are filling temporary production worker positions on 1st and 3rd shifts in the following departments as they become available: Assembly, Die Cast, Machine Operator, Production control, Quality inspection, and Warehouse.
Schedule: 8-10.5 hour shifts. In and out times vary based on overtime.
1st BLUE Shift- (5:30-) 5:45am to 2:00-4:30pm. Monday- Friday
3rd GREEN Shift- 6:00-8:30pm to 5:00(-5:30am) Sunday- Thursday
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Assemble small components for automotive compressor.
- Stock product by loading and unloading totes and boxes into a variety of racks.
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
- Follow all standardized work.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical demands and abilities may include:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 35 lbs repetitively.
- Able to learn and work at a fast pace, accurately putting together pieces and parts.
- Standing, walking, and carrying frequently.
