The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-stack developer (C# / ASP.NET/Blazor/SQL/Pipelines) to help build out the next generation of our software. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning our systems into a scalable, secure, and lightning-fast web application. This role is a 6-month contract-to-hire and will require monthly meetings in the greater Tampa area.
Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency and the quality of our service by streamlining workflows, automating complex data processes, and enabling our teams to operate seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Platform Revamp & Architecture: Lead the design and development of our next-generation platform using C#, ASP.NET Core (8.0/9.0), and Blazor (WebAssembly or Server).
- Full-Stack Development: Build end-to-end features, from secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to rich, interactive client-side user interfaces using reusable Razor components.
- Healthcare Security & Compliance: Leverage data access layers and authentication protocols that adhere to strict healthcare compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA) and data security standards.
- System Integration: Connect our custom Blazor applications with third-party systems (as needed) and SQL databases to create a unified flow of data. Leverage CI/CD pipelines to ensure optimal performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product manager and operational stakeholders to translate complex healthcare business needs into elegant technical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
- Blazor Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience building production applications with Blazor and migrating older architectures to modern, component-based frameworks.
- Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, and modern SQL database design.
- Web Technologies: Fluency in HTML5, CSS3/Bootstrap, and an understanding of JavaScript interoperability within Blazor applications.
- Startup Mentality: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
