What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist service customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommendations
- Communicate between technicians and customers to keep repairs moving smoothly
- Build trust through transparency, follow-up, and education
- Maintain high CSI scores and customer loyalty
- Work collaboratively with advisors, techs, and management
What We’re Looking For
- Prior service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus
- Team-player mentality with a customer-first mindset

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
