Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients, including scanning, indexing, and retrieving records as needed
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and secure delivery of medical supplies and equipment
Conduct inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medical supplies and equipment
Develop and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize waste
Collaborate with healthcare staff to address supply chain issues and implement process improvements
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines in all aspects of job duties
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3 years of experience in a medical setting; previous experience in medical records or supply chain management a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with healthcare providers and staff
Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office
