Riverfront Cleaning Company is looking for experienced independent cleaning subcontractors to complete residential cleaning jobs throughout Spokane and surrounding areas.
This opportunity is best suited for an established independent cleaner or cleaning business looking to add additional jobs to their existing schedule. This is not a traditional employee position. Cleaning opportunities are offered individually as customer demand arises, and subcontractors may accept or decline each opportunity.
Types of cleaning may include:
- Recurring residential cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- One-time residential cleaning
- Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances, cabinets, windows, and other tasks depending on the agreed scope
Requirements:
- Active Washington State UBI/business registration
- Professional residential cleaning experience
- Reliable personal transportation to customer properties throughout the Spokane area
- Provide and transport all of your own cleaning products, supplies, and equipment, including a reliable vacuum
- Ability to work independently and reliably in customers’ homes
- Professional and prompt communication
- Ability to follow the agreed customer scope and address any issues professionally
- Willingness to provide professional references
- Willingness to complete a background check
- General liability insurance preferred
How subcontracting works:
Riverfront Cleaning Company provides the details and scope of an available customer job. The subcontractor can review the opportunity and decide whether to accept it. Compensation for each accepted job is agreed upon based on the property’s size, condition, and cleaning scope.
There are no guaranteed minimum hours or number of jobs. Work volume will depend on customer demand and your availability.
Subcontractors are responsible for their own transportation, cleaning products, supplies, equipment, vacuum, business expenses, and applicable taxes.
