This Role is a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience working with children (childcare, teaching, coaching, camps, babysitting, or special education)
- Are patient, compassionate, and enjoy engaging with kids
- Are interested in ABA, psychology, education, or child development
- Are pursuing (or planning to pursue) a related degree (preferred but not required)
- Are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
What You’ll Do:
- Work one-on-one with children with autism in a center-based setting
- Implement therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Track progress and document sessions
- Be a consistent, positive presence in each child’s daily routine
