No experience necessary, training and education assistance available!
Pay & Raise Policy

Starting pay: $18.00/hour

Annual raises: $0.50–$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history

Wage cap: $19.00/hour

At the cap? You’ll receive an annual cost of living bonus, paid out over time instead of a raise
-
Schedule: All shifts available – weekend and NOC shift differentials may apply

Shift differentials: Dependent on the shift and location
Caregiver Responsibilities

Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)

Administer medications

Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families

Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards
Caregiver Requirements

CBRF certification preferred (training may be available)

Must pass a caregiver background check

Strong attendance and professionalism
